My Safe is a car safety and accident assistance platform that allows users to:
Register themselves and their vehicles
Verify vehicle ownership and condition
Enable paid rescue and accident support services
Request emergency assistance using an in-app rescue button
2. Information Collection Process
My Safe collects user data in multiple stages, strictly based on service
requirements.
3. User Registration Information
During account creation, we collect the following information:
a) Personal Information
Full name
CNIC number
CNIC images (front and back)
Email address
Mobile contact number
Residential address
b) Location Information
User location is collected only once during registration
Location is used for identity verification and service eligibility
Continuous or background location tracking is not performed
4. Vehicle Registration Information
After account creation, users are required to register their vehicle.

For verification and fraud prevention, we require 8 images of the vehicle:

5. Vehicle Verification
All submitted vehicle information and images are reviewed for verification.
Once verified, the vehicle becomes eligible for paid rescue services.
6. Payments & Financial Information
To activate rescue services, users must complete payment through our authorized
payment partners:
JazzCash
Meezan Bank
My Safe does not store your card details, bank account numbers,
or wallet credentials. All payments are processed securely by JazzCash or
Meezan Bank under their respective privacy policies.
7. Rescue Service Activation & Usage
Once payment is successful, the vehicle’s rescue button is enabled.
Real-time location is accessed only when the rescue button is used
Information may be shared with authorized rescue or support partners

User and vehicle verification
Providing rescue and accident assistance services
Payment processing and service activation
Fraud prevention and security checks
Customer support and service improvement

9. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
